Look at a mor holistic view
- managing chronic pain (reduce inflammation with prescribed drugs)
- rest & joint protection (application of heat)
- determine limitations to physical mobility & look at exercise therapy
- support with disturbed body image r/to chronic disease
- physiotherapist
- support with self care (bathin, feedin, toileting) establish to time to promote independence
