a combination of learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities improve their health, by increasing their knowledge or influencing their attitudes. promotes values in all aspects such as discipline, honesty, camaraderie, fair play, independence, respect for authority, and others.

State of health and well being
Fitness
State of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal. State beyond the absence of any illness or sickness, and the state of complete or wholeness of an individual in all facets
Wellness
The ability of a person to accomplish daily tasks without getting tired easily and still has enough vigor to appreciate leisure time and meet daily situations.

Physical Dimension
Keeps the mind active through lifelong wellness by attending lectures, seminars, academic discussions and other similar activities with a share in academic discussions among friends
Intellectual Dimension
Plays an important role in ensuring that an individual feels confident and in terms of interpersonal relationships, improved handling self esteem
Psycho-emotional dimension
Referred to as the development and maintenance of meaningful interpersonal relationships. it is also the ability to efficiently communicate and interact with one another and show the meaning and love and care for others.
Social dimension
Refers to a person’s responsibility to observe religious activities for which he/she thinks is right and knowing our purpose of existence and how we could extend help to others
Spiritual dimension
Intends to explain that an individual is aware of one’s role in the preservation of mother earth. As such, one also believes that he/she has a role in doing it and extendedly influencing people around to do the same
Environmental dimension
Keeps self-worth and fulfillment of oneself, it refers to the joy it brings when an individual has accomplished something, and it also refers to the ability to adapt to certain systems
Occupational dimension
A person maximizes performance in everything that he/she is a part of whether sports, dance, gym workouts, etc. joins in any physical activity without being fatigued easily
Enjoy life
A person who is physically fit develops utmost confidence in a manner that the person presents him/herself to people. it is not boastful but exudes confidence with dignity poise and grace
Look and Feel Good
As an individual there are various levels of emergencies one may meet everyday. it may be doing household chores, taking care of younger siblings, doing errands or other similar activities.

The usual way of doing things or behaving: a behavior that has become very natural; force of habit
Habits
The manner of conducting oneself or the way a person acts or behaves
Behaviour
They are tests conducted by a physician to determine the medical condition of an individual, such as thread mill test, blood count, lipid profile and other similar tests.
Medically-performed tests
Set of tests conducted by trained coaches, fitness instructors, and PE instructors, to determine the fitness level of an individual
