Lichen Sclerosus of Vulva
- A/S
- EPI
- S/S
- A/S: morphea; Premalignancy/squamous disease; Autoimmune
- EPI: caucasian; 5th decade
- S/S: Sharply demarcated “porcelain white” to light pink plaques in “figure eight;” dyspareunia
Lichen Planus LabDx
- Saw-tooth epithelium/ rete ridges
- Colloid or civatte bodies
- Well-circumscribed,dermal-based, benign gland-forming tumor with apocrine (Sweat Glands of the Vulva) differentiation
Vulvar Papillary Hidradenoma
Pruritic, red, crusted, maplike area, on the labia major epidermis and adjacent hair follicles and sweat glands
