A
– Thickened, nodular uterosacral ligaments – Thickened recto-vaginal septum – Induration of the cul-de-sac – Fixed retroverted uterus – Fixed adnexal mass

A
- Treat Masses (Surgical removal)
- Treat infertility (surgical removal of obstructions, etc; Also ART)
- Treat Pain (Hormonal Tx; NSAIDs)
