Freedom of conscience and religion
Freedom to practice your religion & make decisions under your own conscience

Expression = free speech & freedom of the press
Freedom of peaceful assembly
Freedom to come together and promote/defend beliefs
Must be peaceful, may be monitored by law enforcement, no hate speech
Freedom of association
The right to establish/belong to an organization(unless illegal)

anyone who lives in canada can enter and leave and travel and work anaywhere

security, fair trial, free of random search and arrest

Everyone is equal under the law & has rights to equal protection/benefits
No discrimination based off of age, gender, race, religion, mental/physical disabilities
section 16-23 language rights
Protect/promote language diversity
Official language rights: french & english are canada’s official language
Language education rights: school in both french & english
