Cooked and Alfredo sauce and serve for the golden loaf of sourdough( unless specified otherwise)
Seafood fettuccine
Pasta spoon, fresh ground pepper and grated Parmesan on cheese.
Lunch:1 oz salmon, 1 oz halibut, 1 bay scallops, 1 oz mini prawns.
Dinner:
2 oz salmon, 2 oz halibut, 2 oz bay scallops & 2 oz mini prawns. Server with fettuccine and Alfredo sauce.

Pasta spoon, fresh ground pepper, and graded Parmesan cheese
Lunch: 4 oz
Dinner: 5 oz

Chicken fettuccine

6 oz chicken
6 oz chicken served with fettuccine and Alfredo sauce
Veggie fettuccine
Suspend, fresh ground pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese
7 oz veggies
7 oz veggies served with fettuccine and and Alfredo sauce
Prawn fettuccini
Pasta spoon, fresh ground pepper and graded Parmesan cheese
ONLY served at dinner
Six prons service fettuccine in a Alfredo sauce
*clam linguini
Pasta spoon, fresh ground pepper and graded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs clams
Clams in the shell’s served with linguine and choice of: a white wine or tomato garlic sauce
*cioppino
Pasta spoon, cocktail forks, crab cracker, fresh ground pepper and grated Parmesan cheese
Clams, muscles, king crab, calamari, scallops and whitefish simmered any light tomato broth and served over linguine noodles
