Medium rare: outside of steak will be hot but pink on the inside
Medium well: some color and steak but almost all the way cooked
Well: cooked all the way through no pink

Roasted sunrise chicken

1/2 chicken
Mary’s free range chicken is marinated with herbs then slowly roasted. It is then quickly finished on the Mesquite Grill right before serving
Top sirloin with crab king
Steak knife, both for shells, melted butter, A1 sauce
10 oz steak, 8oz king crab
Crab is served hot, orange and lemon on plate. Garnish with green leaf
