Basic method to make pasta

A
  1. Sift the flour onto a work surface and create a well
  2. Pour the liquid (egg and oil) in the well and gently stir, gradually drawing in the flour
  3. Continue until a firm dough is formed
  4. Turn the dough onto a clean area of work surface and knead until homogenous
  5. Rest well before shaping
