A

by combining water with semolina, made from durum flour, which is especially grown for pasta. It can also be made from whole-wheat flour- it will be higher in nutrients and fiber than standard pasta but it has a tougher texture and stronger taste

A

Cover it with water and coo on high for about 5 min
Stir the pasta and give one piece a bite to see how cooked it is
Continue cooking for about 5 min more -> check for doneness every couple of minutes
Drain the excess water

How do you store pasta?

A

Dried pasta should be tightly wrapped stored in a cool, dry place

Fresh pasta uncooked - keep in the fridge until the “use by” date ~one month in the freezer
When cooked pasta- will keep in the freezer for about 3 months
