Habit: Customer service speak to manager
Situation: One example. Cool motion graphic at our town hall meeting.
Action: Found out who worked on it. Someone never met. Sent an email congratulating them on the success.
Result: Make connections with other departments. We are all a team.

Action: After Effects create a motion graphic for diversity team.

Situation: Glass half full, Lighten the mood at work.
Team Halloween costumes. Rewrote words to Rocky Horror Picture Show “Time Warp” to “Design Warp”. Floorshow.
Action: Pandemic Video to help raise morale.
1st Halloween WFH , I initiated a mask fashion show.
Result: Allowed people to use creativity in a fun yet company-themed way. Improve positive outlook of team.

Situation: Editor wanted gifty feel. Budget too small.
Knew there was no wiggle room. Told them I’d strategize.
Action: Creative solutions on how to get more bang for buck
Result: Highly illustrated. Design Director had me make video to show others my technique
