Character Ethic vs Personality Ethic
The CE is based on virtues and principles.
The PE is based on technique and manipulation.
Primary vs Secondary Greatness
Primary Greatness is the success of character, not necessarily social success.
Secondary Greatness is social success and can be based solely on technique. This lends it self to cramming and violates the law of the farm.
