Three main topics to talk on email
- The final cost of the project with justification of any over/under spend
- List the phases/tasks of the project and talk about them mentioning how they were done, mention dates/days, quality management, any issues.
- Lessons learned (Talk about the issues how you can prevent them from happening next time, mention success criteria such as budget, under deadline)

Do it in order of phases/tasks based on the gantt chart

What should you talk about on lessons learned (Email)

Mention success criterias such as staying under the budget, deadline
Mention any gaps left on the PID.

Is the date of when the incident happened + how many days it was delayed for

Just like objectives in part A, however only the products being worked on.
What should you talk about on the quality management section (Checkpoint Report)
Communication Plan (How that helped to manage quality) ISO/IEC 25010:2011 Deadline Budget PID key headers (Assumptions etc.) Testing process using ISO/IEC standards.
What should you talk about on the work package tolerance status?
Time: The project will meet/or under/over the deadline
Cost: The project will meet/or under/over the budget
Quality: The quality of the work completed is as expected and anticipated.
What should we talk about on the issue logs
All the issues that happened on part B
Replace staff if needed
Change date of completion
What should we talk about on the lessons learned
About the issues and its impact (deadline,finances,resources)
How the issue was resolved, how you’ll use the issue as a learned lesson for future project as a PM
