PID - Project Management And Control

What you’ll do as PM and what measures of control you’ll put in
This includes, meetings, communication plans, budget control, quality assurance measures, risk mitigation
PID - Background to the proposed work
Summary on the function point analysis Tasks to be carried out for the outcomes Timescale for the task any tasks that needs to be done before certain aspects e.g. analysis and dfesign, research, test plans etc. Physical resources needed buying
PID - purpose of the project
Detail of the main purpose and will repeat what you’ve said in project aims.
PID - Responsabilities
Outline the key roles and responsibilities of the staff in the project, function point analysis and what they will be doing
PID - Materials
Outline the materials both physical and software that has to be acquired.
PID - SMART Objectives
Outline the realistic objectives
Talk about the completion of each task in order from the gantt chart
PID - Scope
Summarise the scope of the project, list the purpose of the project, but talk about the results and impact or benefits of the outcomes.
PID - Business Case
Copy and paste from the business case given and elaborate on points such as timescale and its purpsoe, budget, return and any major risks.
