What are the 2 main things in part B?
Checkpoint and Email
What info will the checkpoint give you?
Issues that has happened or ocurred
What should you talk about in the products section?
The products worked on, identify the work undertaken so far and the date completed
What is the quality management section?
Its a breakdown of the work that has been done (not the product but how you managed) to date, talk about your planning, performance or control, the main key features.
What is the work package tolerance status
Just mention if it has been completed and met the requirements such as budget/timescale and quality
What should you talk about in lessons learned?
Evaluate progress and performance and also inform what changes they would make to future projects. Any assumptions well made or any potential assumptions that could of been made, any additional cost, impact, timings and the scope of the task.
