A

operator must ensure;

a/c maintained in airworthy condition
under a maintenance programme
applicable AD complied with
every defect is rectified before flight (MEL not incl)
annual or 100 hour completed
radios, alt, tx, elt inspected IAW reqs
review of awc carried out in proceeding 24 months (12 for hire or reward)
all maintenance carried out IAW P91/43
