- Give clomiphene or luprolide to disrupt GnRH pulsatility.
- Give exogenous FSH.
- Multiple dominant follicles produced.
- Give hCG (LH analog) to cause ovulation.

- Oocytes artificially inseminated.
- Feritlized oocytes reimplanted into endometrium.
