A

Breaks shortly after entering leg so injuries are more likely to be abdominal. Can cause all quads extension to be lost.

A

May be compressed passing from abdomen to thigh producing parathesia over lateral aspect of thigh

A

Most likely obstetric cause - loss would impede crossing of legs

A

Paralysis of hamstrings, all muscles in leg and foot and loss of sensation below knee except for medial side (saphenous nerve)

A

Injury from pressure over lateral aspect of upper fibula. Most obvious sign is foot drop with high stepping gait.
