How can you differentiate between parkinsonism and parkinson’s disease

A

PD shows symptomatic benefit from levodopa while drug induced usually does not

Dyskinesia is not usually seen in PD unless drug induced

unilateral rest tremor is usually seen in PD not typical of drug induced
