A

early, moderate - L-dopa + decarboxylase inhibitor
early, mild - ropinirole or pramipexole (dopamine agonists - fewer motor complications)

later can add dopamine agonist, COMT inhibitor (entacapone), MAO-B inhibitor (selegiline), DBS
