Resting tremor –> Worse when you are resting, usually asymmetrical, most commonly seen in the hands and legs, progressive tremor
Essential tremor –> Worse when you are doing things, usually symmetrical, stable or slowly progressive, commonly has a family history
What can Parkinsonisms manifest as?

Are Parkinsonisms always caused by PD?
No, it can be caused by PD or parkinson-plus disorders
Name some Parkinson plus disorder
