A

**tremor: slow, most conspicuous at rest, may be enhanced by stress
**rigidity
**Brady kinesia
Wooden bases
Impaired swallowing
Message ruling
Decrease blinking
Meyerson’s Signs (repetitive tapping over the bridge of the nose produces a sustained blink response)

Parkinson’s Management

A

Carbidopa levodopa
Dopamine agonists: Mirapex, Requip, Neupro
MAO – B inhibitors (helped her rent breakdown of dopamine): Selegiline, Rasagiline, Safinamide
