irregular shape,
vesicle-like nucleus

flotation in ZnSo4
cysts = infectious form!

NO!!
Cysts are not found in faeces of animals!!

usually in flocks of 3 - 6 weeks.
also in breeder and layer replacement stocks of 10 - 14 weeks.
Clinical signs of E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. brunetti?
anorexia,
moribund/ lethargy,
ruffled feathers,
loss of skin pigmentation,
blood in faeces.
Die 2 days after infection.
