How should you structure your answer to question 3 ?
Have 3 paragraphs each one exploring different sections of the text (beginning/middle/end).
What structure techniques can you use for question 3 ?
Character, setting, panoramic view, tension, shift in focus, shift in tone, suspense, zoom in, dialogue, foreshadowing and climax.
What is a panoramic view ?
Where they zoom out and look at the big picture - describing a large scale scene.
What is the difference between tension and suspense ?
Tension in the text makes the reader feel uncomfortable, whereas suspense is when the reader wants to know what happens next.
What does a shift in tone mean ?
When the atmosphere of the story starts to change.
