Etiologia:

A

Directos : Traumatismo, pos quirurgico, CPGR, manometria, esfinterotomia.

Indirectos: Litiasis biliar, Alcolismo, metabolica(hiperglucemia y Hipocalsemia), farmacos, infecciones, Enfermidad conectivo o congenita.

Clinica:

A

+Dolor : Epigastrico, Urente, Intenso (Transasfixiante), iradia a Dorso o emi sinturon, Posicion Antalgica (Plegaria Maomentana)

+Nauseas y Vomitos : Vomito gastrico, biliar o fecaloideo ( no Alivia EL dolor)

+Signos Abdominales: Asa centinela, Blunberg y Myssy
Esteatorea, Fiebre, Desidratacion, diabetes , anorexia(dispepsia, perdida de peso, hinchazon pos brandial)
