- Alpha-Amylase: (breaks down carbs)
(Starch -> Maltose (glucose dissacharide)) - Lipase: (breaks down fats/lipids)
(Triglycerides -> Monoglyceride and Fatty Acids) - Protease (breaks down proteins)

Bicarbonate- enter duodenum via Sphincter of Oddi and protects its mucosa from gastric acid
