A
Analgesics like NSAIDS, opioids and non opioids adjunct
TCAs, for neuropathic pain antispasmodics - hyoscine for intestinal pain
Muscle relaxant for muscle spasm - diazepam 2-5 mg TDS
Trial of dexamethasone - for raised ICP
