Hemophilia most common in Men.
Type A - Factor 8 deficiency
Type B - Factor 9 deficiency
XLR
Most common - haemarthrosis
Treat - factor 8 / factor 9 replacement, synthetic vasopressin and tranexamic acid for mild hemophilia cases
Monoclonal Antibody- Emcizumab
Factor 8 inhibitors occur in 20% pts who received multiple factor 8 transfusions in prophylactic hemophiliac patients
DDAVP- releases per formed vWf complexes with factor 8 an prolong its survival
