Henoch-schonlein Purpura
most common vasculitis in kids (IgA deposition)
Abdo pain (3% have intussusception), athralgia/arthritis and purpuric rash
great prognosis (resolve in 4-8 weeks), GPs usually monitor urine and BP (refer if >2+ pro, RCCs or high BP)

Risks of untreated undescended testicles
A
infertility, torsion and testicular cancer

core reason for checking red reflex
A
detect congenital cataracts (need OT by 8 weeks)
Can also detect retinoblastoma
check <48hrs and at 6 weeks
