Pt’s Pulse if inadequately perfused?
< 75 bpm or
> 130 bpm
Pt’s BP if inadequately perfused?
40 – 50 mmHg systolic
Pt’s Consciousness if inadequately perfused?
Either alert or altered in their orientation to time and place
Pt’s Skin if grossly inadequately perfused?
