Why is it possible that there is life out there?
Scientists believe the conditions necessary for life are most likely to be found on other planets, or on moons.
What are the advantages of computer controlled telescopes?
1) Program telescopes to track an object in the sky.
2) Computer control allow telescopes to do surveys on their own and reposition themselves to see different objects in the sky.
3) Computer control also allows telescopes to be position more accurately
4) Can control from their own home, saves money and time form not having to travel all the way there.
5) Many telescopes from different parts might have to be pointing at the same place, which can be controlled by computers.
6) Some telescopes can only be controlled at night, so people can control them from the other side of the world were it is day.
7) Can record and process data.
8) allows us to control space telescopes.
