Pink Sheets
The tiniest of publicly traded companies hyper; volatile, usually not liquid enough for penny stock.
Portfolio
A collection of investments owned by an investor makes up his/her portfolio. You can have as few as one stock in a portfolio, but you can also on an infinity amount of Stocks or other securities.
Penny Stock
Stock trades under $5/share, usually speculative in nature.
Pump and Dump
Promoting a start in order to sell High– common with Penny stocks.
Private Equity
Investing in companies not listed on a public exchange.
PIPEs
A private investment need public equity, raises capital for the company, but PIPE investors invest at discounted market prices.
Preborrow
The ability to our shares to short ahead of time – very important.
