Turn on the Comm Panel Speaker select, then press both the PRESS TO TEST AND RESET button on the LH door and the PRESS TO TEST button on the regulator simultaneously for 1 second (ensure the FLOW INDICATOR goes out during the test which leak-tests the inflation hose and airflow can be heard into the mask) and the mic can be heard through the speakers
