If all ADRs are lost, ELACS trigger NAV ADR DISAGREE ECAM caution.
Flight controls revert to alternate law without high or low-speed protection. The situation is latched until ELACs are reset on the ground.
The ADIRS supply information to the ELACs so some parts of the ELACs may be lost but no clear statement says the ELAC functions are lost.

Yes, the rudder deflection limit stops at the last value reached. At slats extension, full rudder travel authority is recovered.

In case of an elevator fault (left or right) what happens to the spoilers?
Spoilers 3 and 4 are inhibited - gaca answer
Speedbrake (which is spoilers 2,3,4) is inhibited with an elevator fault.

What happens to spoilers if electric power is lost?
The system automatically retracts the spoilers to their zero position, if it detects a fault or loses electrical control.

When do the ailerons go to the damping mode?
The system automatically selects damping mode, if both ELACs fail or in the event of blue and green hydraulic low pressure.

In alternate law, when does the aircraft go to flare mode?
In pitch alternate law the flight mode changes to the flare mode when the pilot selects the gear down. The flare mode is a direct stick to elevator relationship.

Flap mode is inhibited when FLAPS CONF 3 is selected (to avoid nuisance warning in case of landing in CONF 3).

What does an amber FAULT light in the APU BLEED pb mean?
This amber light comes on, and an ECAM caution appears, when the system detects an APU leak.

When will the (FASTEN SEAT BELT & NO SMOKING) signs illuminate with the respective switches set to auto?
Flyadeal A320 does not have NO SMOKING switch. They have NO PORTABLE ELEC DEVICE.
Flyadeal A320 also does not have FASTEN SEAT BELT auto switch.
However, if there was an auto switch, the signs would illuminate when Landing gear down OR flaps/slats extended.
If cabin altitude exceeded 11,300ft (+/- 350ft), the signs would come on (except the NO PORTABLE ELEC DEVICE signs) regardless of position. If we had NO SMOKING signs, they would also come on.
