A record of all assumptions and constraints throughout the project life cycle
Deliverable
Unique verifiable product, result, or capability to perform a service that is required to be produced to complete the project
Work Performance Data
raw observations and measurements identified during activities being performed to carry out project work
Issue Log
project doc - where all issues are recorded and tracked
Change Requests
formal proposal to modify and document, deliverable or baseline
Types:
- corrective action, preventative action, defect repair
work performance reports
work information is combined, recorded and distributed to create awareness and generate decisions
accepted deliverables
meet acceptance criteria and are formally signed off and approved
work performance information
how the project and product scope are performing compared to the scope baseline
project schedule network diagrams
geographical representation of the logical relationships among the project schedule activities
duration estimates
quantitative assessments of the likely number of time periods that are required to complete an activity/phase/project (can be a range)
cost estimates
quantitative assessments of the probable costs required to complete project work
team performance assessments
assessing the teams effectiveness - to identify areas of improvements
closed procurements
buyer provides the seller with formal written notice that the contract has been completed
