Business Case
Business Document - used to create the project charter. Describes the necessary information from a business standpoint to determine whether the expected outcomes of the project justify the requires investment. Contains the business need and cost-benefit-analysis
Agreements
Define the initial intentions of the project. Maybe - contracts, memorandums of understanding, service level agreements, letters of agreements, verbal agreements, etc.
Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEFs)
Government or industry standards, legal and regulatory requirements/constraints, marketplace conditions, organizational culture/political climate, organizational governance framework, stakeholders expectations
Organizational Process Assets (OPAs)
organizational standards/policies/processes/procedures, project governance framework, monitoring and reporting methods, templates, historical information and lessons learned repository
Agreements
Procurement agreement includes T&Cs - may incorporate other items that the buyer specifies
Work Performance Information
gathered throughout work execution and passed to the controlling processes
