What qualifies OOS for the engine system?
- Engine won’t crank or start
- Major oil leak (level 3)
- Engine overheating
- Engine oil contains coolant (chocolate milk)
- Oil that is diluted with fuel (smell,overfilled)
- Fuel system leaks
- “Stop engine” light that fails to turn off with engine running
- Fuel tanks mounting straps
- Coolant leak
- Coolant that contains oil (chocolate milk)
- Cooling system exceeds maximum operating temp
- Cooling deficiencies to be examined by tech

Rust

- Overheating transmission

- Defrosters
OOS axle
- Gross axle weight rating exceeds tire load rating
- Weight in from or rear exceeds vehicles gross vehicle weight rating
- Axle flanges with leakage
OOS wheels and tires
-Tires have sidewall cuts that penetrate the cord
-Tire tread depth less than 4/32 on steering axle or 2/32 on any non steering axle
-Wheels bent, broken, cracked, elongated bolt holes, weld deficiencies
—Tire damage including uneven wear, bulges, bumps, punctures

- Steering components that do not meet the minimum inspection standards of the federal regulations
