What is the difference between cardiac arrest and a heart attack?
A
Cardiac arrest is an electrical problem when a person’s heart stops pumping blood and oxygen. A heart attack is circulatory problem when a person’s arteries get blocked

How do you perform CPR
A
One hand on top of the other in the center of the chest. Push down hard 2 inches deep, 30 chest compression and 2 breaths.

Turn the AED on, apply pads, step back, press the shock button.
