Chicago pan pizza
Pan pizzas are baked to a golden-brown perfection. Pan dough is a slow rising dough that results in a buttery, flaky crust. All BYO pan pizzas are served with stewed tomatoes and dried oregano on the top and a layer of provolone cheese underneath. All pan pizzas are served with chunky sauce unless otherwise noted. Pan pizzas are available in 10” or 12” cut knot 6 or 8 pieces respectively
Chicago Stuffed Pizza
Build your own stuffed pizzas come with chunky sauce on top unless otherwise noted. Stuffed pizzas are like a pie (or like a pot pie!) with all of the ingredients on the inside and a layer of dough and sauce on top. Stuffed pizzas are available in either a 10” or 12” cut into 6 or 8 pieces respectively. Stuffed pizzas are the same dough as thin crust pizzas. We just roll them a big thicker
