How to treat a 2nd degree burn?
add a sterile dressing + antibiotic ointments to prevent infection + debridement if its severe
How to treat 3rd degree burns?
surgical debridement, escharotomy (sides of abdomen, legs, or arms), and after pt is stabilized and maybe a full (thickness) skin graft since the layers of the skin is severely burned - skin graft from an inconspicuous place

back of head, shoulder, elbow, butt, heel
