Osteria Umbra Red Passion (flat rocks glass)
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz blood orange juice
3.75 oz Red Passion Mix
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into glass pitcher.
Put 2x2 ice cube in flat rocks glass- poured tableside by servers.
Osteria Umbra Barreled Negroni (flat rocks glass)
3oz Barrel
.25 oz blood orange juice
Stir with ice and strain over 2×2 cube.
Garnish with dehydrated orange slice
Osteria Umbra Bourbon Shrub (flat rocks glass)
2.5 oz Buffalo Trace
.25 oz black cherry shrub
Stir without ice, then add ice and stir agair.
Strain over 2x2 cube.
Garnish- 2 amarena cherries skewered
SMOKED OLD FASHIONED
2.5 oz knob creek
Amarena cherry
Blood orange slice
3 dashes angostura bitters
Build in glass. Muddle cherry, orange, sugar cube, and bitters together.
Add Bourbon and ice, then stir.
Place into smoker and smoke. Server will bring tableside.
BLOOD ORANGE MARTINI (coupe martini glass)
1.5 oz titos
1.5 oz blood orange juice
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz cointreau
.25 oz orange shrub
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with dehydrated blood orange slice.
PEAR MARTINI (coupe martini glass)
2 oz grey goose pear
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz st. germaine
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with dehydrated pear slice.
MEYER LEMON MARTINI (coupe martini glass)
2.5 oz crop meyer lemon vodka
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into martini glass, garnish with dehydrated lemon slice.
SPICY JALAPENO MARGARITA (vintage rocks glass)
2 oz tanteo jalapeno tequila
1 oz lime juice
1 oz jalapeno syrup
.5 oz Cointreau
Shake all ingredients.
Garnish with fresh jalapeno slice.
POMEGRANATE MARTINI (coupe martini glass)
2 oz ketel one
.75 oz lime juice
.75oz simple syrup
1 oz pomegranate juice
.75 pama liqueur
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with dehydrated orange slice.
BLUEBERRY SMASH (vintage rocks glass)
2 oz Bullet Bourbon
.50 oz Amaro Nonnino
1 oz lemon juice
.75oz simple syrup
1 bar tbsp blueberry compote
Shake all ingredients.
Double Strain into rocks glass.
Garnish with expressed mint leaves.
APEROL SPRITZ (wine glass)
2.5 oz aperol
3 oz prosecco
.25 oz blood orange juice
Build in glass pitcher.
Stir all ingredients, and pour into wine glass with ice.
Orange wedge garnish.
STRAWBERRY SMASH (rocks glass)
2 oz gin
1.5 oz strawberry puree
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple
Mint leaves
Shake all ingredients, including mint leaves.
Strain over new ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.
COCONUT PARADISE (collins glass)
1 oz Bacardi
1 oz captain morgan
1.5 oz pineapple
1 oz coconut cream
.75 lime juice
5 amaretto
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into collins glass.
Top with .5 oz dark rum floater.
Garnish with mint.
VIOLET HAZE MARTINI (coupe martini glass)
.75 fig vodka
1.25 bombay sapphire
.25 oz st germain
1 oz lemon
1.75 oz butterfly anise syrup
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon slice.
LYCHEE MARTINI (coupe martini glass)
2 oz titos vodka
1 oz lychee syrup
.75 ginger syrup
.5 lemon juice
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with one lychee skewered.
