What is the management for patella dislocation ?
Physio
patella brace if the pt is young ( it provides support & stability to the patella (kneeecap))

Diagnosis ?
86yrs, F, A & E , followed by an unwitnessed fall in a nursing home complaining of left sided hip pain and unable to FWB
PMH - OA, HTN, DMT2, AS & recurrent UTIs
o/e left leg is shortened & externally rotated
Diagnosis ?
Dx NOF (Neck of femur)
intracapsular fracture ( anything that goes inside the capsule affects the artery which could lead to avascular necrosis
What is the management of intracapsular NOF
Hemi arthroplasty
