What are norms?
Standards or styles of behaviour considered acceptable or typical within a group
What is socialization?
Process in which members learn and internalize values and norms.

Indicates a bit of commitment to ethical behaviour and abide laws. But always puts shareholders first above anything else.

Acknowledges the need for social responsibility but only when called to do so.

Actively seek out to contribute to the betterment of society. Go out of their way to use organizational resources to promote csr
