“A system of shared meaning held by members that distinguishes the organization from another organization.” Organizational culture takes time to establish, and requires organizational stability and a common history shared by its employees to form. Organizational culture is important to how employees relate to one another and how they confront and solve problems.

management style is a style in which the managers allow employees to take part in decision-making. Creating a democratic work environment has been proven to effective in producing higher levels of employee productivity and employee motivation.The first way to create a democratic is implemented by management and involves managers listening and adhering to employee concerns and demands directly. The second is by cooperation with employee organizations and unions
Authoritative Management Style
when management makes all the decisions themselves without any employee involvement
French and Ravens Power Model
Legitimate Power which is power derived from a real power position such as the President of the United States or State Governor; Reward Power is power gained from give incentives to employees positive behavior in the form of a bonus, additional benefits, or recognition; Coercive Power is power that is derived from punishment, manipulation, or threats; Referent Power is gained from building positive interpersonal relationships ; and Expert Power is power attributed to having knowledge or expertise that others need or want
