Power culture is the central power source, which normally occurs in small, owner managed care settings.
What is role culture?
Role culture is also referred to as BUREACARACY and it is controlled by procedure.
What is task culture?
Task culture is where the team approach normally in order to complete set tasks.
What is person culture?
Person culture is where the employees are the centre of the organisation.
