This is where someone treats someone else less favourably on the basis of there sex or sexual orientation.

This is where someone treats someone else less favourably where less favourable treatment is less obvious.

This is when an employee is treated less favourably because they have made allegations of discrimination or are making a claim against an employer on some other grounds.
