Provides supports for movement and protects other organs. Made up of bones and cartilage. Ex- spine protects spinal cord
Muscular system
Enables you to move from place to place and helps substances move through your body. Made up of muscles, including tendons and ligaments.
Respiratory system
Allows oxygen from air to enter the body and waste Carson dioxide to exit the body with respiration. Made up of the nose, trachea, and lungs.
Nervous system
Sends and receives nerve messages through the body and controls behaviour movement and digestion and circulation. Made up of brain, spinal cord, and nerves in every part of the body.
Circulatory system
It delivers nutrients moves gases and removes waste products. Made up of the heart, and blood vessels and blood.
Digestive system
Breaks down food so that nutrients can be absorbed by blood and transported to all cells. Made up of mouth, salivary glands, esophagus, stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, and small intestine.
Excretory system
Filters blood and removes liquid waste and extra water from the body. Made up of Kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra.
Integumentary system
Skin hair and nails cover to protect the body and sweat glands maintain normal body temperature. Made up of Skin, hair, nails, and sweat glands.
Endocrine system
Produces hormones that Helps control mood growth development and how our organs work. Made up of Glands that produce hormones.
Lymphatic system
Protects the body and destroys and removing any invading organisms and abnormal cells. Made up of lymph, lymph nodes, lymph vessels, and lymphoid tissue.
