What are the surgical options for an impacted canine?
Leave alone and monitor

What are kissing canines?
Teeth which have come together and met across a long distance.
Why is an apically positioned flap good?
Provides goo aesthetics- better gingival margin.
What would the indications be for a fraenectomy?
Only indication would be if the area is so fleshy that it is hard for the patient to clean- plaque and food gets stuck here.
