A
  • proper toothbrush - multiturfed with equal length of bristles, with soft bristles
  • toothbrush placed at 45 degrees angle with bristle tips pointing towards the gingival sulcus
  • slight pressure so bristles go slightly towards the gum line
  • 20-30 vibration sin one series, around 4-5 series for each teeth group

A
  • the bristles should make short and delicate back and forth movements with minimal displacement of the brushes head
