Order procedure (standard)
Enter order within 24 hours
If time-sensitive, write URGENT in subject line
Email custom@ prior to 4pm for response same-day
Submit orders prior than 1pm on Friday for submission before weekend
Order limit: 8 garments max for first time order

Custom order tracking service built in-house
Tracks billing, tailoring, inventory management, etc
5 Steps for remake
Re-measure client in fitting and take new photos to update pattern
Production time for remakes is same as regular garment orders
6-8 weeks for in house fabric
8-10 weeks for CMT
Enter remake order in app (be sure to select remake)
Ring up with service team and do 100% discount (comp)
Obtain receipt #, enter in app, submit as “paid in full”
Specify remake reason in special instructions
Two reasons you might hear back from Ops after order submission
Missing measurement
Fabric out of stock
Be sure to select ______ ______ when you submit an order after altering a pattern
Changed Measurements
Cycle of an order
Check out iPad from service
Conduct appointment W/ client and enter info into custom app
Review order and complete putting in necessary info
Submit to manufacturer
