Difference between bacterial/viral/allergic conjunctivitis?
A
Bacterial: purulent discharge and morning adherence of eyelids, lack of pruritus,
Viral: Serous/mucoid discharge, often recent URTI, palpable preauricular lymph nodes
Allergic: pruritus, associated with clear rhinitis
